Our mission is to provide a full service management company whose priority is your investment. We maintain and manage your property by establishing quality, safe, and affordable housing for tenants.

We maintain and insure your investment is being managed to your expectations. AD Properties provides day-to-day supervision of properties and coordinates tenants moving in and out of rental units. We manage the collection of monthly rents and expenditures.

Services we offer:

  • All facets of bookkeeping (Quickbooks software)
  • Report generation (quarterly and annually)
  • Bill Pay (electrical, gas, water, etc.)
  • Collections (collects rent, follow-up on past due rent, and serve evictions.)
  • Basic Maintenance (cut grass, shovel snow, general repairs, clean, and paint when tenants move.)
  • More extensive maintenance for an additional charge (roofing, siding, and drywall).
